The principals of G4 Fabrication Design and Consulting, LLC has a long history of bringing the creative design from Environmental Graphics into reality. G4’s strengths are made up from the over 55 years of experience in the Environmental Graphics Industry. Both Gary Goss and Ryan Goss have a combination of skills that are sought after within the Graphics Industry. They have worked with and consulted with many prominent Environmental Graphic Designers through out the United States on such projects as shopping malls, new way finding systems for International Airports as well as many local businesses and schools.

Gary Goss’background started in the cabinetry and carpentry industry. He introduced these talents to a Design/Build Environmental Graphics firm for the past 28 years. His position there included significant experience in all the phases of building a product, from the fabrication drawings, the fabrication of the product and the final installation. He personally performed every phase of numerous projects. Over the course of his career he developed a strong skill set in fabrication, architectural graphics, as well as facility design.

In the most recent phase of his career he became proficient in PowerCadd, Excel, Word and Illustrator, which he has used to provide many Graphic Design Companies nation wide with very detailed and innovative Fabrication Drawings. Along with his innovative ideas he has presented his skills to value engineer products and supply a high quality of craftsmanship to projects world-wide. Because of these talents he has earned an excellent reputation in the graphics design community.

Ryan Goss’ background includes significant experience in all aspects of the Environmental Graphics Industry. He learned all of the necessary skills involved by performing tasks such as spray painting, welding, CAD/CAM Operator, electrical wiring and installations over a span of the last 26 years for a Design/Build Environmental Graphics firm. The skills he learned there reflected in his most recent job duties of facilities management, which also included all of the firms estimating of projects, project management, maintaining and scheduling of large projects, materials purchasing and vendor/subcontractor evaluation and selection. This has allowed him to demonstrate his capacities for forging firm relationships with existing and potential vendor/ subcontractors. Over the course of his career, he has developed a strong skill set including leadership and teamwork, communications, project management, negotiations and problem solving. He has been able to bring innovation, strategic planning and a flexible management approach to his many roles, resulting in measurable achievements. He is pleased to have earned a reputation for both professionalism and practical efficiency that allows him to work with clients to achieve their final product at a high quality and economic price.

What Does “G4” Stand for?
The “G” in G4 Fabrication Design & Consulting represents our last name of “Goss” When we established our company there were four of us that put our efforts forward to make this company a reality. Gary Goss’ wife Kay of over 20 years and Ryan Goss’ wife Daniella make up G4. Our wives are both relied upon heavily for their input, opinions and overall support to make this company possible. We cannot thank them enough.
